Before scheduling treatment, we discuss your financial obligations and offer flexible payment plans to fit your budget. We accept various payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, cash, and checks. Our financing partners are Alphaeon & Care Credit. Our goal is to make quality dental care accessible to everyone, regardless of financial constraints.
We are Delta Dental Premier Providers and work with all insurances with the exception of Medicaid and Medicare (unless you have Medicare Advantage through Delta Dental). Our approach to dental insurance is rooted in patient-driven decision-making rather than being solely influenced by insurance protocols.

Your first visit to Lakeview Dental marks the beginning of a whole new dental experience. Like Sue so aptly put it, “I wish I’d found you when I was 15 instead of 50!” Here's what you can expect as a new patient:
Scheduling Your Appointment
To schedule your initial visit, simply call us at (303) 268-3106. We offer flexible hours from as early as 9 am to as late as 6 pm to accommodate your busy schedule.
Information Needed
When booking your appointment, we'll ask for basic information such as your name, phone number, mailing address, and email for appointment reminders. For insurance purposes, we'll also request details such as the name of your employer, insurance company, member ID, and date of birth.
Insurance Verification
Before your visit, we'll verify your insurance benefits and review them with you to ensure transparency regarding your coverage at our office.
New Patient Special

What to Expect
Upon arrival at our office, you will be greeted by our friendly staff. You'll complete a few quick forms on our iPad and have your picture taken for your chart. Our assistants will then conduct a series of diagnostics, including panoramic 3D x-rays, localized x-rays, intraoral video, and images of your teeth, followed by a review of your medical history.
Dr. Le or Dr. Burk will personally review your diagnostics, perform an examination, and discuss your dental goals with you. They'll take the time to address any questions or concerns you may have, ensuring you have a thorough understanding of your dental health.
The doctor will also identify what type of cleaning you need in the process of creating a plan with you to help you keep your teeth for a lifetime. If you have periodontal disease or significant plaque buildup, cleanings may incur additional cost in order to adequately address your dental needs. If we have time, you will then receive your cleaning for that wonderful fresh feel!
Personalized Treatment
Your visit concludes with a discussion of your treatment plan and options. We prioritize your comfort and understanding, allowing as much time as needed for you to feel informed and confident about your dental care.
